Strategy Session Steps

I want you to get as much value as possible from our two hours together so ahead of our session, you will need to complete the following steps:

Complete the pre-call questionnaire to help me better understand your business and what you need support with.
Book a 30-minute prep call to get the ball rolling, ask any questions you might have, and ensure I’m clear on what the focus is for our longer session.
On the prep call we can diarise the 2-hour Strategy Session based on your preferred timescale.
Once the Strategy Session has taken place, I will send you a recording of the call (so you don’t have to furiously scribble notes throughout).
Then we will arrange a 30-minute follow up for approximately 1 month afterwards to check on your progress and give you the opportunity to ask further questions or seek advice on specific issues.

Please complete the questionnaire as fully and honestly as possible.
